Create a new activity:
- Click "New activity" in the calendar
- Choose name, type (match, practice, social event), date and time
- Add location, description, and any attached files
Choose registration type:
- Normal registration: Players register themselves until max capacity is reached
- Everyone attending: All team members are automatically registered
- Pick players: You choose who should participate
- Available: Players mark whether they're available
- No registration: For activities without registration
Set up automatic reminders:
- Choose if the system should send a reminder 5 days before the activity
- Choose if the system should send a reminder 2 days before the activity
- Reminders are sent automatically to everyone who hasn't responded
Add deadline and waiting list:
- Set a registration deadline so players know when they must respond
- Enable waiting list if more people want to participate than there's room for
- The system automatically moves players from the waiting list when spots become available
